Woolshed Road is located at the north end of Hanley Downs within the Jacks Point Zone, Queenstown.
We worked with Construkt Architects and survey firm Clark Fortune McDonald on a 272 lot medium density masterplan to include reserve and streetscape designs for resource consent.
The project features a 300m long linear reserve linking the neighbourhood streets with a park at the western end. To create a sense of identity for each street we designed formal deciduous boulevard streets running north – south and naturalized native streets running east – west.
