Woolbrae is located at the northern end of Hanley Downs, within the Jacks Point Zone in Queenstown.
SITE worked with Construkt Architects and Clark Fortune McDonald on a 272-lot medium-density masterplan, including reserve and streetscape design for resource consent. The project includes a community playground, neighbourhood reserve, extensive native planting and deciduous street trees, creating a generous landscape framework for the new residential neighbourhood.
SITE’s involvement continues through detailed design for streetscapes and open space areas, supporting the Engineering Approval phase and construction delivery. We are also working with Classic Developments on private lot landscape typologies, including fencing, planting, patios and green space, helping to create a consistent landscape language across both public and private areas.
