SITE prepared a subdivision sketch plan for the District Plan appeal process, testing how the land could be developed while informing the location of the landscape protection line and assisting discussions with stakeholders.
The concept established a neighbourhood set within a framework of native planting, helping future development blend with the surrounding natural areas.
SITE has also prepared landscape plans for resource consent approval, working closely with the project ecologist on wetland planting and a revegetation scheme to support ecological enhancement and landscape integration.
